Embroidered Kimono

Good morning! 
I have yet to purchase one thing form the Nordstrom Semi Annual Sale. I have a shopping cart full of items, but I like to play a little game where I add and subtract items countless time, close my browser, open it back up, over and over until I have decided I want to make a purchase. If at that time some of the pieces are no longer available, I recognize it was not meant to be. Do any of you play that same game? 

I am still very much trying to live in the moment and recognize it is summer.  One of my favorite trends over the past few years has been kimonos. The addition of a kimono can polish even the most simple or casual look. Whether jeans and a tee, or shorts and a tanks, a kimono adds a little something extra elevating an otherwise simple look.

    I only bought 2 things, and they come today...so we'll see if I keep them. Luckily they are both things I can wear now...no bulky sweaters and scarves for this girl. Just NO. :) Love this cute look on you!

    I have yet to find a great kimono. I own one but it's so-so. Yours is gorgeous and how beautiful is that place! Oh and I haven't bought anything from the #NSale either.

    I should have played that game because I didn't like much of anything I purchased once it all came in. Oh well, at least now I don't have to have guilt over buying too much, lol!

    I totally play that game, and have only hit purchase on one item so far which is a piece I can wear now. I'm eagerly waiting for my Instagram feed not to be filled with sweaters, boots, and scarves anymore. I mean who wants to shop for that stuff in the middle of July?! Let's enjoy summer because it'll be gone before we know it, and everyone will be complaining about how cold it is again :-P

    That is exactly what I do whenever I place a larger order online! If it disappears or if it takes me too long to place the order I know I didn't truly want it enough in the first place!

    I should own a few more kimonos, I love how they dress up your cute and casual look- jean shorts are a great summer staple too. love the print on the back and my eye went straight to the green kimono and the Johnny Was one as well.
