Happy Monday!! 

Did you all watch the Oscars last night?  I am a little tired from staying up until the end, but I HAD to watch Leo win.  I now understand what Red Sox fans felt in 2004 when they pulled out a World Series win after 86 years.  After 22 years since his first nomination, and 7 nominations later, he finally took home his well deserved Oscar gold.

Can you believe tomorrow is March?!  The days are longer, temps are higher, and Spring is right around the corner!! I love this time of year!! As it gets warmer, we dress a little brighter and the layers get lighter.

Ha! I love that movie, and her character and yes, while florals for Spring aren't groundbreaking and maybe a little cliche, they are still totally relevant and never really out of style. When I saw this jacket it had to be mine. I love a bomber/flight jacket and when I saw the flower surprise on the back it was a must. Perfect for mild Spring weather!

Happy Hump Day!  

Have the days and weeks been flying by?  I can not believe that daylight savings is only three weeks away!  This mild Winter has been a cinch.  'They' say 'time flies when you are having fun', and I have been doing just that.  With work, my son, blogging, dancing, and my social calendar having been way more busy than usual, it seems time is going at warp speed.  While I am really enjoying my life right now, I sometimes have to take a moment, breathe and try to take it all in.  

As I sort out my blogging schedule and looks for the next few weeks, I can not believe that Winter looks are almost over and Spring and Summer are on the forefront. I LIVE for this time of year!  Much like how I enjoy Christmas Eve over Christmas, I enjoy Spring more than Summer... Don't get me wrong I love Summer, but there is so much enjoyment in the anticipation.  You know?  

Anyway, the days are getting more mild and the layers are getting less. This lighter weight long sweater vest is perfect as a transition piece.

Good morning dolls!! 

I hope you all had an amazing weekend! 

As frigid as it was last weekend is as beautiful as it was this weekend. I was able to take a few days off work and escape into the city. It climbed into the mid 60s, which to some may not seem too warm, but compared to the negative temps a few short days ago, it felt downright tropical. Boston is a beautiful city, but even more so in the Spring and Summer, and this weekend was a prelude to just that. People came out of hibernation in droves to shop, workout, walk their dogs, lunch with friends as I did, or just soak up the sun.  

The weather was perfect for this light weight faux fur leopard coat.  Felt great not to be all bundled up.

Good morning Lovelies!! This week I will only be posting once for a couple of reasons. One being, it has been so frigidly cold and windy that it is has been virtually impossible to take pictures, or at least pictures that I could use where my face isn't contorting or I am not eating my hair that is blowing in my face (pictures below were taken in -8 degree weather). The second reason is I am taking a few days off of work and going away on a much needed mini vacation to rest and recharge.  

I hope you all had an amazing Valentines weekend!! I sure did! Spent some quality times with loved ones. We had some wonderful dinners, but the Breakfast I had Saturday morning was absolutely incomparable.  If any of you live in the Boston area, or are visiting for any reason, do yourself a favor and stop by In A Pickle in Waltham, Ma. I get very excited about delicious food, sometimes too excited, but when I tell you I am not sure in my life that I have ever experienced the full on party in my mouth that was their Reese's pancakes. You have never in your life...never.in.your.life!!

Most times, my favorite outfits are a casual jeans look with a half tuck.
