Plaid is a very bold pattern, and although in past years it has been encouraged to mix and match patterns, I like to keep it simple.  One statement piece per outfit.  I appreciate someone who can pull off floral and polka dots or plaid and paisley, but I am a nude, black, grey kind of girl, so incorporating any pattern at all (other that a stripe) is daring enough.  With the weather getting cooler, I found no better time than the present to break out my new plaid scarf from MADEWELL.
