Spring Fever
Tuesday, January 19, 2016 4:30 AM
Happy Tuesday!
So if you are anything like me right after the holidays you are ready for Spring...and by ready for Spring, I mean totally over Winter. Yes, I know it has only been Winter for about a month, but I am ready for warmer temps, longer days, sunshine and less layers. After waking up to a few inches of snow on the ground today I realized I have a long road of Winter ahead of me. It just seems January - March is the hardest, BUT I will plan a winter trip, pin beautiful warm destinations, wear Spring pastels, and hopefully make it through the remainder of the winter not wishing too much of my life away.
How do you Winter?
xx, Elise

Love your fur vest and booties!
ReplyDeleteI totally agree, once Christmas is over I enjoy the cold for a few weeks and then it feels like winter should be over already! I got that feeling this week and realized that winter only really just arrived here and it's going to be cold for a good three or four more months - not sure how I will survive but I always do!

ReplyDeleteI love the pastels in your shirt! I'm not sure if I'm ready for spring just yet, but we also don't have much of a winter to contend with here in Los Angeles!

Honestly, if it were up to me, living in a place that gets cold (as I do), if I could, I'd just hibernate all winter. Or be a snow bird and fly to South America. But I do often end up getting stir crazy with all the heavy winter layers and will start working spring pieces into my wardrobe even though it's still snowing outside. Call it wishful thinking!

Love the outfit. As for winter, yes I am not a fan. But in Canada we have to deal with extreme climates so we better find something fun to do or we die freezing lol...There's winterlude which encompasses a bunch of fun winter activities like sliding, skating, outdoor concert, ice sculptures, winter comfort foods, and more. I would love if you can link up to http://the-wardrobe-stylist.com/2016/01/29/strapless-bandage-dress/ See you there :)
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful! Love the sunglasses.
