Hooray for the short work week!
I feel like it is over before it even started, which I am not mad about.
School is in full swing, as are all extra curricular activities, sports, dance, etc.
As much as I love our lax Summer schedule, it is so lovely to get back to a schedule.
One of my favorite things about blogging is the relationships that I have developed with other bloggers and brands. I consider myself very fortunate to have this little outlet where I have the opportunity to work with amazing people and I have been able to try new brands, clothing, accessories and products. One thing I have stated before is, if I am given a product to try and I am not a fan or it doesn't deliver in the way promised, you will not see it on S&S.
I mean isn't that why we turn to reviews and blogs? I want an honest opinion, and that is what I strive to deliver to you.
In my son's almost 13 years on the planet, he has never gone in the sun without full coverage sun block, UV rash guards and hats. When I was a child, not only did I not use sunblock, I used accelerator on my ruddy Irish skin because, scarlet is such a lovely Summer hue! I am going to be 43 at the end of the month (Don't worry, I don't fee a day over 23), and I did not even consider my skin until my mid 30s. Is it because we didn't quite know the effects of sun or that I was young and stupid? Whatever the reason I have been left with lasting sun damage which has made me neurotic about my skin.
I used to get sucked in by anything that promised fewer lines, smaller pores, and an over all plumper appearance. But after many appointments with dermatologists and estheticians I now know the active and effective ingredients. ROVECTIN checked all of this boxes for me for al things I look for in my skincare!
ROVECTIN was originally created for cancer patients suffering from dermatologic side effects caused by anticancer treatment and radiation therapy.
- Activating Treatment Lotion contains only clean, ethical ingredients – free of oil, alcohol, paraben, carcinogen, animal-derived ingredients, artificial fragrance, mineral oil, and steroid
- Activating Treatment Lotion is pH-balanced (5.2) and suitable for all skin types including sensitive, oily, and acne-prone skin
- Activating Treatment Lotion contains 7 different types of Hyaluronic Acids, each with different particle sizes, meaning that they will penetrate the deepest layer of skin while creating moisture barrier at the outer layer.
- Ingredients like caffeine and vasoconstrictor de puff and soothe, while Vitamin E and other enzymes work as a natural exfoliant, sloughing off dead skin cells to promote beautiful skin.

This multitasking essence lotion hydrates, firms, exfoliates and soothes skin in just one step.
The formula features a hydrating barrier repair complex to boost the skin’s natural barrier. Other key ingredients are seven different types of hyaluronic acid, natural enzyme exfoliants to speed up cell turnover and caffeine extract to depuff.
By creating a smooth canvas, the essence lotion preps skin to better absorb the rest of the products in your routine.
As if these aren't all fabulous reasons to love ROVECTIN, this product is free of artificial fragrances, parabens, sulphates, artificial colors, animal products, alcohol, mineral oil, essential oils, and silicone. Vegan and cruelty free.

You DO NOT look almost 43, okay? Amazing, gorgeous, goals!
ReplyDeleteI was like you- tanned to the max in high school and early college, and didn't apply SPF when I was out in the sun like I should have. Awful to think about it now! I'm definitely wayyyy more skin conscious these days at 34. :)
