I am finally back from vacation and I have hit the ground running!
I feel so relaxed and rested and amazed how much better I feel when I am less plugged in. I was not attached to my phone, and I didn't even check twitter for over a week!
One of my favorite vacation accessories was my Swig Life tumbler! With so many water bottle and hydration companies there wasn't one with cup shapes that appeal to women and the female demographic.
