It's Thanksgiving week, are you all as excited as I am? 

Short week, yummy food and... my high school reunion! 

I am excited and nervous I haven't seen a lot of these people in a really long time. 

Of course I feel like I have nothing to wear, blah, blah ,blah...

If any of you have any ides, they are definitely welcome! 

I have always loved a winter white, or monochrome winter looks, but in recent years these winter white looks have gotten a little less cream and more WHITE!
I know a few months ago, everyone was super excited to wear fall colors and sip on pumpkin latte's but I am already onto winter! 

And, while some of you may think this is a very Spring look, I am channeling my inner ice queen, Elsa in icy blue and white!

Hello Lovelies!!

So as we skip over late Autumn and plunge right into winter I find myself in a fashion conundrum every morning about what to wear. It went from sweater weather to me only wanting to wear a snow suit literally over night and I just want to be cozy and warm.

I will wear versions of this look all winter. The skinny jeans can be switched out for leggings and the layers on top can vary, but the otk boots are key to keeping warm, and these little beauties have a wonderfully manageable heel!

Happy Tuesday Loves! 

I keep forgetting next week is Thanksgiving because everyone is in full blown Christmas mode! 

I love being in the Christmas spirit, but I would also like to enjoy Thanksgiving. 

While I LOVE Christmas, Thanksgiving has always been my favorite holiday. 

I love just hanging out with family, eating yummy food and not having the pressure of gifts. 

Last year I headed out to see my hometown play my sisters current town in the oldest Thanksgiving football rivalry in the country. This year, I am skipping the game, snuggling up with my coffee and watching my absolute favorite, Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.  

I like to be as comfy as possible on Thanskgiving. Festive, but comfy. 

This gold corduroy mini is the perfect answer to comfy casual and will hide my food baby!

Hey Loves!

A few weeks ago while I was preparing for Halloween it was already Christmas in Michaels and A.C. Moore.  That is too early, typically I am the girl that needs one holiday to pass before I go onto the next.  I am not sure if it's because temps have plummeted and overnight it has become Winter, or that I was in NYC over the long weekend and it is officially Christmas in the city. 

 All of the department stores are decorated and the 77-foot tree has been erected at Rockefeller Center
The Norway spruce that was purchased as a sapling 60 years ago has been installed as the anchor of the upcoming Christmas festivities.  Granted the scaffolding was up in order for decorations and lights to be hung, but the hustle and bustle of Christmas was definitely underway. 

We had such a blast shopping in SoHo, at Macy's and Saks! Did you know Saks shoe department is so huge it has it's own zip code? So cool, right? We all noticed that pretty much all sparkles, fuzz, velvet, lame' and animal print are a go for this holiday season. 

How adorable are these velvet joggers? I have already gotten a jump on wearing them!

This look is super casual, perfect for holiday shopping. Stay tuned for a more dressy holiday party look.

Happy Tuesday and first week of November! 

Temps are dropping fast and furiously and I finally broke down and wore a winter parka today.

I know I say it every year, but I really do forget what cold feels like until it happens again. 

I want all the cozy sweaters and comfy leggings and fuzzy boots.
