Transitioning into Fall

Hello!!  So, if you read my blog often, you know that I am constantly going on about the weather and my love for Summer.  I would be hard pressed to find something that brings me more pleasure than that of the Summer season and everything it has to offer (ie. the beach, parties, BBQs, sundresses and sandals, seeing friends and family more often, etc.).  That said,  every year I get the back to school blues.  Even though the weather will remain beautiful until the beginning of November, the days get shorter, the air more crisp and cool, and the ominousity of the inevitable, seemingly never ending winter looms.  It seems so silly, but one thing I do enjoy about the changing seasons is switching up my wardrobe.  By this time of year, I am ready for a change.  All the layers and light jackets, open toed booties and jewel tones, suede and leather have been calling my name... yes, I am suffering from a bad case of fall fashion fever!  How do you transition??

    Your dress is so lovely! Very summer appropriate. I have to agree with you--I am sad to see the summer leave. But, I LOVE sweaters so much that I will happily take fall weather... Winter is what I am most nervous for!
